We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. Our Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free. Notify us so that we can arrange for a replacement.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@blissfulcannabisau.com to inform us of the issue and receive further instructions.
  2. Describe the issue, clear photos of the product, close-up photo of the shipping label. and a photo of the packaging slip
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions:

  1. All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  3. Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from Blissful Cannabis AU.
  4. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Replacements

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please follow the steps outlined in the Returns section above to initiate a replacement.

Incorrect Product Received:

If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team within 3 of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.
