We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. Our Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free. Notify us so that we can arrange for a replacement.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@blissfulcannabisau.com to inform us of the issue and receive further instructions.
- Describe the issue, clear photos of the product, close-up photo of the shipping label. and a photo of the packaging slip
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Return Conditions:
- All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from Blissful Cannabis AU.
- Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Replacements
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please follow the steps outlined in the Returns section above to initiate a replacement.
Incorrect Product Received:
If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team within 3 of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.
